I haven’t tested it yet! So what are you waiting for? Ones who have tasted it, so why not try again with a newer best pellet smoker for 2021. Beef ribs are extracted from the portion that’s closest to the spine: however, they have on themselves lesser meat than other rib cuts. But being less in amount is not the worrying factor, as their taste after smoking will astound you.
Moving on to the steps to prepare beef back ribs:
- The BEEF BACK RIBS rack.
- Salt and pepper to add taste.
- Peanut oil.
- Brisket rub as per your choice.
- Apple cider and vinegar.
Rub the dry ribs. No need to pull the membrane off as beef will get off the bone that’ll shape it up. Firstly, spray out the salt on the sides.
Secondly, you need to pepper on it. Note: Your brisket rub does contain an adequate amount of pepper.
Thirdly, make use of peanut oil all over the ribs’ surface and then sprinkle it with the rub you have selected.
Next, heat the pellet grill to 225F and then set the smoke setting to 8. Leave the ribs on the upper rack of a pellet grill and smoke it for 3 hours. After 3 hours, sprinkle a part of apple cider and vinegar for every 45 minutes. This will be adding to the taste of the smoked ribs. When the ribs get wholly cooked, it’ll become flexible and won’t fall apart. Then, get yourself ready to enjoy the endless taste of beef ribs.
